Built for

corporate events

Summit is built for teams that need an accountable content plan, professional execution, and deliverables that keep working after the room clears.

The problem

Your event deserves more than a recap video.

Most event video budgets get reduced to one highlight reel. Meanwhile, marketing, sales, sponsors, speakers, and leadership all need different assets after the event. If those needs are not planned before showtime, the best moments walk out with the attendees.

The solution

Build the 10x Content System

Before cameras roll, Summit maps the event to the assets your team actually needs. Recaps, social clips, testimonials, sponsor proof, speaker soundbites, leadership interviews, and next-event promotion are captured with the end result in mind.

10x Content System

The 10x Content System turns one event into a library of content. Each piece of content has a specific role in the customer journey: awareness, consideration, or conversion.

what to expect

Our process

With a strong plan, we can produce dozens of assets from an event. Without one, you’re stuck with a ton of footage on a hard drive that never gets used.

01

Pre-production

We work together to set measurable goals, review the schedule, and learn everything we can about your event.

02

Capture plan

We turn the strategy into a shot list, interview schedule, crew plan, cross team coordination plan, and daily priorities so the event stays organized.

03

Event coverage

We capture rooms, people, sessions, interviews, sponsor moments, and details with a professional on-site presence that never distracts from the stage.

04

Post-production

We edit the planned deliverables FAST. We know how important speedy delivery is to reach people while they’re still buzzing from the event.

05

Delivery

You receive an organized content library with final assets sorted by use case, ready for marketing, sales, sponsors, and internal teams.

Questions before you book?

The common concerns we hear from event teams, marketing teams, and partners before they bring in a video crew.

We already have an AV company. Why would we need Summit?

Your AV team runs the room: sound, screens, lighting, live feed, and technical support. Summit adds the content layer. We can take what AV captures, combine it with our own event coverage, and turn it into assets your team can actually use after the event: social cuts, testimonials, recaps, sponsor proof, speaker clips, photos, and organized content libraries. AV makes the event work in the room. Summit helps the event keep working after the room clears.

Can’t a local video crew do this for less?

Maybe, if all you need is someone to show up with a camera and make a highlight video. Summit is a one-stop content partner for corporate events. We handle video, photo, social content, interviews, recaps, and repurposed assets from your AV recordings. We understand run of show, speaker schedules, sponsor needs, executive availability, venue rules, and the reality of producing content during a live event. A local crew may capture footage. Summit helps you leave with a usable content library.

Will this create more work for our team?

It should create less. We build the capture plan before the event, align with your schedule, and identify the people, moments, and deliverables that matter most. Your team should not be figuring out what to film while also running the event.

How fast do we get usable content?

Our delivery schedule is built around getting the right assets at the right times. Timely social edits can be delivered within days of the event. When needed, we can also edit on site so priority assets are available immediately after the event. Recaps, testimonials, photos, and larger content libraries follow a clear delivery schedule confirmed before production begins. And if all agreed deliverables are not completed within 30 days, you get your money back.

Can we use the content however we need to?

Yes. You receive full usage rights to the delivered assets, so your team can use them across web, social, email, sales, sponsor, and internal channels. Raw footage and broader library access can be scoped into the agreement, subject to speaker, venue, client, and rights restrictions.

What happens if the delivery timeline is missed?

If all agreed deliverables are not completed within 30 days, you get your money back. That guarantee exists because event teams need more than good footage. They need confidence that the content will arrive when it can still be used.
